So I went to my first spin class this morning, what was I afraid of? You could go at your own pace, if you wanted to increase resistance you could, if it was too tough, turn it down a notch! The instructors microphone wasn't working so it was a little rough, I kept looking over at Kyle if I needed help. I lasted 40 minutes. My hind end couldn't handle that seat any longer, and there is a lot of extra cushion! LOL! I had an alright time, I hope my behind can handle Friday's class!
