Laughing Cow Cheese

So I read on a few sites about this laughing cow cheese, so you think that I could find is someplace in this town? Well after much shopping around, I found the orginal "reduced fat" flavor at Safeway. I do have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how great this little bar of 35 calorie cheese was! I ate it on reduced fat wheat thins, made a great afternoon snack! I found a few more recipes I will have to share as soon as I have tried them out. I also purchased the vita muffins, I bought the chocolate flavor. I have not tried them yet, although I was disappointed at the pricing, it was $6 for 4 muffins, not what I call a great deal, and believe me I'm all about getting the best price on things! I hope they don't let me down! LOL!
