My Goals

I printed out these weekly work out logs off of Tales from the scales

It's actually a walking chart, but with a little cut and paste I made it into Carley's Work out Log, I have already calculated the weeks, and an average of 2 lbs. per week have come up w/ the following numbers and calculations for my milestone goals:

10 lbs- Week 6- 2/22
20 lbs- Week 11- 3/28 ****My Birthday Week!
30 lbs- Week 16- 5/2
35 to 40 lbs- Week 21-6/6
